Almost every Sunday, you will find our adults and youth meeting for Discipleship classes. Additionally, our ladies' have various studies throughout the year.

11:00 AM & 6:30 PM
every Sunday
We offer traditional worship services in which we sing primarily hymns. These timeless songs of our faith serve as our anthem of praise to God. We have hymnals, but we also often have the lyrics to our hymns on 86 inch monitors at the front of the Sanctuary.
We utilize the piano and sometimes feature the organ and other musical instruments.
Our pastor delivers a message from the Bible at each service. Typically, these messages are 20-30 minutes. We observe the Lord's Supper at least once per quarter.
There is no specific dress code for our worship services. There might be people with a dress shirt, slacks, and a tie while others may wear their favorite jeans or even overalls. We simply ask that apparel be modest as we gather to worship God.
You are always welcome to visit and worship with us at Glendale. Our services begin at 11:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Generally, our worship services last one hour.

10:00 AM
every Wednesday
There is a loyal group of senior adult men to meet almost every Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM in our Fellowship Hall for coffee and fellowship. Every now and then, one of them might bring some snacks (a cake their wife made, some cookies, or other treats).
Coffee Break normally lasts for about an hour or so. However, it is very casual. Often some might sit a spell while others might can only visit for a short time. This is a meaningful time of fellowship.

On Wednesdays, we offer our midweek service and classes. The adults generally meet in the Sanctuary to sing familiar hymns, pray, and study the Bible. The children and youth classes meet in another portion of the building. The youth class is taught by Kristen Fowler. The children's class is taught by Michelle Haimes and Shannon Lassiter.
Many people enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and spirit of prayer that our Wednesday nights offer. People place names on the prayer list for our church to be praying for. Once a month, on the first Wednesday of each month, our ladies meet for the Women's Missionary Union (WMU) in one of our Sunday School classes. The WMU class is taught by Allison Beene. During this time, the men stay in the Sanctuary to have a message about missions, either locally, nationwide, or internationally.
